I am seeking information regarding Rockwell Silva mentioned in this video at 9:48 – 10:55. Silva committed perjury in the Federal wrongful death case of my twenty-year-old son, Kyle Brennan, in Florida. Any information you can provide may be of help.
Obstruction of justice in the wrongful death of Kyle Brennan
I told the Albemarle County officer that I was worried about Kyle, who had lived a sheltered life and had thousands of dollars in cash, gold, and silver in his possession. I did not know where Kyle was, so I asked the officer: Could they please help me find him? The officer sympathized but said that he could not write a report because of the law. When I told him that Kyle was taking medication, the officer told me to look to see if Kyle had taken it with him—he had. When the officer asked how much he had taken, I stated that he had more than one filled prescription.

On September 8, 2007, attorney Luke Lirot sent an email summarizing his initial meeting and conversation with Detective Bohling. It was later revealed that the narrative about “Kyle giving the medication to his father” was fabricated at a later time in order to shield the defendants from accountability in the wrongful death lawsuit.

I was on Maui in April of 2007, and had come over on the now-defunct Super Ferry from Oahu in my personal vehicle. I was rear ended in Maui and this Silva guy with the Maui PD shows up and as soon as I told him I had come over to Maui on the Super Ferry, he shoved me up against my vehicle and snarled at me in pidgin “I think dis one stolen car!” He went from 0 to 100 in a few seconds, hand on his gun like he was gonna draw it out of the holster. I’ve never seen anyone in any uniform act so unprofessional up to that point in my life, or since. I had to fly back to Maui two months later to (once again) show my proof of insurance to another Maui public official (a judge) who spoke with me for all of 20 seconds and shook her head when I told her the cop (Silva) didn’t believe my car was mine. Fuck that dude.

This Rocky Silva officer seems to be the same officer talked about in an interview with a girl on a YouTube series called Soft White Underbelly. You can find it by searching “Heroin, Crack and Crystal Meth Addict-Ally”. She states there was a cop chasing her and her drug dealer boyfriend who would shoot at them without impunity anytime he saw them when they were no threat and not armed because her boyfriend named “Louelle” who is apparently still in prison in Hawaii, had indisputable evidence of crime and corruption in the police force, more than likely incriminating Silva and others. This officer Silva allegedly sodomized a girl with a night-stick when he mistook this other girl for the girl in the interview I referenced from the video. I’ve also found a Linked-In profile for a Rocky Silva from Maui police department that shows him retired and that he loves fishing and family. If this is all the same person it sounds like yet another sociopathic cop lived a life of corruption and crime, made lots of retirement money and is living a great life now after doing such terrible things. Someone should do more research into this guy.
